Levitra review

Erectile dysfunction has been something that has nagged at me for a long time. At first, it was just something that would occasionally come and go. You don’t think of it much when you are in your 30’s, maybe you just feel a bit tired or not as in the mood as you thought that you would be. Then over time it crept up more, and by the time I was 50 I couldn’t maintain an erection long enough to penetrate my girlfriend. I didn’t want my relationship to get on the skids any more than it was at that time. I needed help! I was wary when a friend of mine told me of Levitra, that it had helped him out. I didn’t give it much hope, but he put me in contact with some, told me to give it a whirl.

First off, it was tasty and easy to swallow

Most of all, the Levitra jelly gets into the system quick!

Within 15 or so minutes, I could get a solid erection! And it lasted! My girlfriend, she was tickled pink. And she was writhing in sheer pleasure for hours that first night we wrecked the sheets. Levitra in Switzerland is a Godsend!

Have you ever had a secret issue destroying you, your confidence and to a large extent your family?

Well, that was what was happening to me a while ago, erectile dysfunction was threatening sanity, my self respect, dignity and my family. I lost the respect of my wife as I was miserable in bed and left her completely unhappy whenever we get into bed. It was a actually a pandemic going on in my house as even my kids were catching up at the disrespect thrown my way on a daily basis. The major issue here was that we weren’t even talking about a solution and I on the other hand could not look for a solution as I couldn’t bear the shame of opening up to anyone about this problem that was on the verge of destroying my home and wrecking my being in every possible way imaginable. I came across Levitra at some point 3 months ago, I was at first skeptical about it’s effectiveness but you know I felt like what was the harm in trying.

Levitra 20mg

I got myself the 20mg and took it and I was able to shock myself and my wife with my performance afterwards. The mood in my house now is a lot better and my marriage is returning back to what it used to be and I am now a real man once again.

Kamagra oral jelly: What are the side effects in women?

Kamagra oral jelly: What are the side effects in women?

While Viagra and Cialis captured the market and the audience with their successful treatment of erectile dysfunction symptoms, there are other alternatives to these two familiar names, which are equally effective and significantly more affordable. One of them is Kamagra Oral Jelly, produced by Ajanta Pharma in India, which is a multinational company compliant with WHO-GMP and has an FDA accreditation for its facility in the US.

Since Kamagra jelly contains Sildenafil Citrate, the main component of Viagra, Kamagra is often referred to as generic Viagra. Sildenafil Citrate is an inhibitor drug, and along with other drugs belong to the family of PDE5 inhibiting drugs. This group of drugs is the only FDA-approved oral treatment for erectile dysfunction, and Kamagra jelly is the pioneer among oral-intake medications. Its jelly-like form is especially convenient for people who have difficulties swallowing more conventional pills and tablets. As a side benefit to its gelatinous consistency, Kamagra jelly comes in several flavors and can be taken without water.

Erectile dysfunction is an ailment in which male cannot achieve or maintain an erection. It is estimated that close to 100 million individuals suffer from erectile dysfunction symptoms. Kamagra is recommended to people who exhibit symptoms whether they are caused by psychological factors or physical factor and ailments. The drug has an inhibiting action for the penis tissue enzyme. The enzyme blocks cyclic guanosine monophosphate, which in turn is responsible for ensuring that penile tissues and muscles relax and allow uninhibited blood flow into the penis. Therefore, by inhibiting the blocker, medication like Kamagra ensures erectile response and erection maintenance.

What are Kamagra advatages?

One of the biggest advantages of Kamagra over other erectile dysfunction medications is its quick action. Kamagra is taken on as-needed basis and it can be taken in as little as 15 minutes prior to sexual intercourse. Once it’s started the mechanism of enzyme inhibition, Kamagra is effective for approximately four hours. However, like any other erectile dysfunction medicine, it is important to emphasize that sexual stimulation is still necessary in order for the medication to be effective. It is recommended a maximum of one dose in a 24-hour period.

Side effects

Some of the common side effects include headaches, diarrhea, facial flushing and back pain. Most of these side effects disappear once the effect of the drug wear off. More severe side effects can include chest pain, nausea and dizziness, as well as heart attack symptoms – in such cases, an immediate medical attention is required.

How to buy it in Switzerland?

Kamagra jelly is a prescription-only medication. Patients with certain pre-existing conditions such as cancer, diabetes or hypertension should not take Kamagra. Additionally, certain medications should also not be taken at the same time as Kamagra, and in general, patients over the age of 65 should also refrained from taking it. Kamagra comes in sachets containing 100mg of the drug. It is important to notice that Kamagra is not licensed to be marketed and sold in Switzerland, and patients from EU countries purchasing Kamagra online are at risk of receiving counterfeit, ineffective or even dangerous medication.

I used to have the best sex life than anyone could imagine.  I used to have  girls coming in and out the house and they used to all talk about me in high school and college as a big player but I never really saw myself like that .  I just saw myself as a guy who just wanted to have a little fun before he got too old.  Then as soon at I hit my mid thirties I was tanked out. My body and my sex drive started to deplete and I had no Idea what was going on.  I think it was due to me treating my body like a garbage can for the past 25 years but I didn’t know.  I talked to my doctor about the symptoms and he told me that I have a severe case of ED.  So I tried Viagra at first but the side effects were way too prevalent for me to give it another go.  Then I decided to talk to some friends who were having the same issues in their life and they recommended 10mg of this new drug called Kamgra Jelly.  After giving it a go I felt so much younger inside and I was animal with my girlfriend in the bedroom.  This drug really saved my ego.

Can Famotidine, a heartburn medicine have an off label use for COVID-19 treatment?

Can Famotidine, a heartburn medicine have an off label use for COVID-19 treatment?

How Covid-19 Is Affecting Australia?

Australians are feeling the uncertainty of Covid-19 and are looking for ways to cure or fight the virus. Many are in a panic, the virus keeps spreading as our wallets get thin due to financial hardship. Some of us have loved ones who are elderly or immunocompromised and worry for their safety. In the search for a way to keep them safe and do so on a budget, social media claims of miracle cures that are cost effective and can treat Covid-19. People go out and stock up on more drugs than they can even take before it is even determined if they work or not. The country has changed quickly since this virus began, we must do our research and due diligence before we jump on the bandwagon and panic buy drugs. One new treatment people are claiming might work is Famotidine, commonly known as Pepcid. It is a medicine that typically treats those who have gastric reflux disease. It was announced in early April that scientists were doing a clinical trial using Famotidine (Brand name: Pepcid), and people began buying the medicine in droves before it was even determined to work.

Famotidine is a heartburn medicine in Australia, so it sounds odd it would be used to battle Covid-19, but some doctors say some medicines can do more than what they were originally designed for. There is some evidence showing that Famotidine may actually help (not cure) the virus. In Wuhan, China, where the virus originated, many survivors were reported to have taken Pepcid and survived. The Chinese haven’t fully released any numbers, but it was enough for other countries to look into the use. A Florida based agency is currently testing Famotidine  as a treatment. It is believed that it can block the Coronavirus from replicating. The test is giving the patients Famotidine intravenously, rather than orally, the way it is taken over the counter. Because the drug is still being tested, it is recommended not to buy it because it can be determined ineffective.

What research shows

Because it is no yet proven to work, please do not stock up on Famotidine. It can be bought in local drugstores without a prescription so there is a danger of the public panic buying and clearing out store inventories of the drug. If people stockpile the drug, it can affect those who suffer from gastric reflux disease and actually need it. Those who do need it, if deprived, may suffer worse symptoms from Covid-19 and would only make the situation worse. It is also shown that those who panic buy these medicines can tend to take large doses of medication believing it to ward off the virus. The medical field does not yet know what adverse effects taking mass doses of Famotidine can do so please be wary and don’t take it if you do not already need it.

Media hysteria

These are scary times we live in, no one knows for sure what the future holds. We are all scared, we are all trying to cope and brace ourselves for the worst case scenario. We want to believe a miracle drug can help us fight or ward off the Covid-19 virus that is sweeping across our country. Unfortunately no drug yet exists. Today people state Famotidine can cure the virus, tomorrow they may state another drug. We need to come together as a country and keep this misinformation from spreading. Across social media cures are being thrown around left and right and the masses believe what they see. We need to band together and prevent false information from being spread. Though we are all stuck at home, we must still come together as a society.

Everyone can make a difference

We are all in this together, through perseverance we can come out on top of this. Today you can do your part, if you hear someone stating Pepcid is a miracle drug, you can help stop the misinformation and keep it from spreading. Keep in mind that the Coronavirus situation is always changing. At the time of this article, Famotidine hasn’t yet been proven to be a cure for the virus. Keep up to date through media outlets as the situation evolves and make sure to do your research on any claims you see or hear.

Viagra As A Treatment For ED In Australia

Viagra As A Treatment For ED In Australia

It has made my life so much better, because I am able to perform so well now

When FDA approved Viagra in 1997, few people had expected it to be such a huge commercial success. In only a few years, Viagra took over the medical world, entered the popular culture, from movies and songs to inevitable jokes. What used to be an embarrassing and rarely publicly discussed topic up to that point, erectile dysfunction became much more socially acceptable diagnosis thanks to Viagra and its popularity. At that time, Viagra became the first erectile dysfunction medication taken orally, further adding to its favorable status.

Market competitors

Although hugely popular, Viagra is not the only erectile dysfunction treatment drug available on the market. Among competitors, Cialis is a drug that also enjoys worldwide acceptance. Comparing the two, the research shows that Cialis stays longer in the body system and also has a secondary benefit of treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. While there is no quantified data to determine the final verdict, by virtue of the longer time on the market, Viagra is more popular and accepted by the general populace.

Who experiences ED

Erectile dysfunction is a common problem among men. According to Cleveland Clinic, 40% of males age 40 and younger experience various forms of erectile dysfunction, whether it is of a temporary of more permanent, chronic nature. The same study puts the number of men with same issue at the age of 70 to a significant 70%. The causes of erectile dysfunction can be either of psychological or medical nature. Nowadays, erectile dysfunction is well understood and different treatments for this problem are available.

Active ingredient

Sildenafil, the official medication name better known under brand name Viagra, acts on the medical causes of ED. Specifically, Viagra relaxes muscles in the blood vessels, which in turn increases the blood flow to different areas of the body. It is important to state that, like many other erectile dysfunction medicines, Viagra does not itself trigger an erection, but enhances blood flow to penis, and thus helps maintaining an erection. In other words, sexual stimulation is still necessary in order for Viagra to be effective.

Getting a prescription

One of the most popular characteristics of Viagra is that, in general, it is only to be taken when required. There is no prescribed regime of therapy over certain time interval. In most countries, Viagra is a prescription drug, and following the prescription directives in regards to the dosage and frequency should be followed. Viagra should be taken at no less than 30 minutes before the intercourse, but it is effective even if taken up to 4 hours before. Sildenafil (Viagra) is available in 25 mg, 50 mg and 100 mg pills. The most commonly used dosage is 50 mg, but many patients find it necessary to increase the dosage to the maximum of 100 mg, and some experiment with decreasing it to 25 mg. It is not recommended to take Viagra more than once a day, regardless of which pill size is taken.

Unlike many other medicines, it is not necessary to take the medication with food.

Are there side effects

Sildenafil has several well documented side effects that patients need to seriously consider when taking this medication. The side effects range from very common ones to the rarely reported ones. The most common side effects of Sildenafil include nausea, headache, abnormal and blurry vision, upset stomach, dizziness or muscle pain. In rare instances, patients reported temporary vision and hearing loss or an erection that lasts for several hours. This condition is called priapism, and it requires the patient to seek medical help immediately in this case – otherwise, permanent damage to penis tissue can occur.

Known conditions that don’t mix well

The most serious consideration to taking Viagra needs to be given to patients with high blood pressure or certain heart conditions since in rare cases the complications may include heart attack and death. Specifically, Viagra should not be taken by patients who are using other medicines to treat pulmonary hypertension or nitrates for heart condition treatment. Additionally, patients with chronic liver or kidney disease, abnormal blood pressure (both high and low) or blood cell disorder, should consult the doctor before taking Viagra. Drugs used for other treatment, such as some antibiotics, drugs used in treatment of HIV patients and anti-fungal medicines can adversely react with Viagra leading to a possible diminishing effect of the pill.

What are the risks

One of the most significant risks in recent years is availability of Viagra on the Internet, which sometime leads to distribution and consumption of counterfeit pills. While most common outcome in those cases is a medication that does not have any effect on the patient, caution should be exercised and some unknown side effects may arise.

What is Herpes Zoster: How to recognize and how to get cure

What is Herpes Zoster: How to recognize and how to get cure

When you hear of herpes zoster it may make you just freeze since it sounds like a sexually transmitted disease! Luckily, herpes zoster isn’t a sexually transmitted disease, but it is still something you should be aware of.  Herpes zoster is also known as shingles.  If you have had chicken pox in your lifetime, then there is a chance that you can get herpes zoster.

After you have chicken box, the virus lays dormant near the nervous system area of your body.  Researchers from Greece are not sure why some people have this virus awaken in their bodies.  When it is awaken, you will get a very itchy and painful rash on your body.  These usually occur along the torso area, but have been known to spread to other areas of your body.   It is important to get help immediately if you have herpes zoster because you can be contagious to those who haven’t had the chicken pox before.  Also, herpes zoster has been reported to cause deaths in older individuals.  In Australia in 2016, there was reported 27 deaths caused by herpes zoster. If you have this don’t take it lightly.

Because of the prevalence of herpes zoster, the government has created an immunization that you can take to help protect you. Unlike others, which medical professionals recommend getting at earlier ages, the herpes zoster vaccine is recommended for older individuals. Getting herpes zoster and getting severe complications rises more when a person gets older in age.

If you have herpes zoster, your doctor can prescribe you medicine that can help clear it up and elevate the pain. It is important to remember that herpes zoster may stay around for up to three months once you get it!   This is the worst complication you can get from herpes zoster.  A burning pain where the rash was located can be felt for months after you are feeling better.

If you have herpes zoster that is around your eye area, you will need to seek treatment immediately.  When the virus is along those nerves, it can cause permanent eye damage!  Another side effect of this horrible, itchy mess is that you can experience pain longer than what was stated above.  Some people with this virus claim to have pain and itching in that area for years after their herpes zoster is cleared up.

If you believe you have herpes zoster, seek medical advice immediately.  Especially if you are around children who haven’t had the chicken pox yet.  This virus is horrible for them, and it could cause serious side effects if you don’t get medicine to clear it up.

I’m struggling with a postherpetic neuralgia caused by a bad shingles that started three months ago. I’m 67 and i never experienced debilitating pain like this.

As i said three months ago I had a recurrence of herpes zoster. The illness struck the right side of my face, from the gengives to the eyes, with an impressive pain to trigeminal nerve. I cured this relapse with gabapentin, valaciclovir and hydrocodone acetamin to relieve the pain. I had the majority of blisters from lips to the right cheek, but pain spread to ear and my eye. After the disappearance of skin symptoms pain persisted and my doctor said that herpes zoster damaged a nerve.

Since then it was a terrifying ordeal. Throbbing pain in the right side of my face, difficulty speaking and even my facial expression has been compromised by the neural damage. I’m using a cream made of hot pepper that relieves some pain along with tegretol, the drug that has given me the most results. I feel drowsy most of the time and I stay often at home because of the dizziness and tiredness.

When this bad disease passes I will vaccinate myself against herpes zoster. Zostavax will reduce the chances of getting shingles and to develop postherpetic neuralgia. Had I been informed of this vaccine today I wouldn’t be fighting to heal from Herpes Zoster.
