Possible side effects are cold sweats, confusion, sweating, increased or decreased heartbeat rate, faintness or lightheadedness when standing suddenly, nervousness, nausea, hearing loss, headache, back, arm or jaw pain, and fainting.

Cialis pills can be taken before, during or after a meal.
