Cialis Explained

Cialis (tadalafil) is a drug that is used to increase the rate of blood flow to specific body parts as well as in relaxing the body muscles. It is basically used to treat enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hypertrophy) and impotence (erectile dysfunction) symptoms. The following groups of people should never use this drug.

  1. Cialis should not be used by persons who suffer from tadalafil allergic conditions.
  2. People who are using a drug containing nitrate for heart problems or chest pain problems.

These include isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate and nitroglycerin. When this drug is taken with a nitrate medicine, a serious and a sudden blood pressure decrease can arise.
